Hello from Austin, TX!
Hello to all! I've been collecting domain names since the mid 90s and was never too serious about selling. Over the years I sold a few, but never put much effort into it. I'm glad to have found this forum as there is much to learn about buying and selling domain names. I appreciate all of the...- Points: 22

debate Develop .xyz domains
In some respects .xyz reminds me of when .io was released. Granted there was more of a gold rush for .xyz, it was still speculative locking in a .io. My career is in Tech so I jumped in on the .io world and have sat on a decent portfolio of names that were hand registered. While I didn't go out...- Points: 11

Hello from Austin, TX!
Thank you all for the warm welcome! @DoaminVP I have a pretty interesting array of domains collected over the years. Ironically one of my sales was to the City of Houston back in the mid 2000s. They wanted a wifi domain that I had associated with Houston. At the time I was shocked that they...- Points: 10

question How/when did you get into domaining?
For me it was purely accidental in 1996, I wanted a domain name for software program I developed. Back then it felt like you had to jump through numerous hoops to get a domain name. Plus I seem to recall the cost per year was $70+. Ever since 1996 I've been picking up domain names, mostly for...- Points: 3

available NNN.IO - Countdown To Zero
Man, thank you for updating this list with the info you've been graciously sharing. It's invaluable to those who are tracking the NNN.io countdown. As few have mentioned buying premium domains at a level that your budget supports is a smart play. While I'm sure money can be made buying NNN that...- Points: 1

available NNN.IO - Countdown To Zero
777.io was on Sedo for quite a while. You are spot on with the repeated number/lucky aspect of this domain. If .io goes beyond the trendy stage, this one will be very valuable.- Points: 1

discuss .IO Future
My thought on .io as an investment is that it will do well for years to come. All it takes is a few tech companies or others for that matter in the startup world to make it big using .io. The extension will be seen by a wider audience and become sought after. There are already several hot...- Points: 0

available NNN.IO - Countdown To Zero
I've been tracking 777.io for years now. The original listing price for this domain was over $7,000 and dropped by more than half on the final day of the auction. I think the seller just wanted to insure that 777.io sold. What I found more interesting was the 51 bids on this auction. From my...- Points: 0
