    Hi All! So I was wondering when you register a domain name for example If I registered Google.com and say Google never trademark their name Google and someone used Google.net can you still sue that person and get the domain name back? Just wondering.....

    Yes that's what I heard as well the registrar can also get sued. Like this, say you upload a copyright video on Youtube, you can get in trouble also Youtube can since they are hosting it..More or less since there is so much copyright on Youtube and rarely they would track down people, Youtube...
