I did not read 22 pages of replies, I red only the first post, and in the first post your friend says that "i saw paypal disput which i completed missed. . buyer claim reason: ..." so someone (the buyer) filed a claim/compliant under PP and your friend let it expire because he did not reply...

I think it's almost impossible not to see in one or even three months :-o that someone has filed a PayPal compliant. For so much money! :$: I mean.... since one keep a big amount into a PP account, should check from time-to-time its account, no? Even by simply making payment operations for goods...

They just don't use it because foreign users are probably skeptical about choosing an Italian registrar.... another problem is that after a year you will have to transfer all of them out again, because the renewal fee will be really high there :)

well, now don't exaggerate.... it's a good Registrar, yes... but if it wasn't for the good offers, I wouldn't go with them :D at the end of the next year of course I will transfer away all domains I transferred in these past weeks, because I can't afford to pay 35 euro per domain ..... to stay...

What do you want to know? I am Italian and I use often that Registrar. The price you said is valid only for transfers (.it , .com , .net , .org), not for new registrations.
