All hospital admissions are reviewed in one form or another (in my country). Doubting the value of this domain, quite frankly, is fueled only by ignorance.
I have over 15 years experience in a hospital healthcare environment with direct access to sensitive medical records to back this up.
Your entitlement attitude is frankly reprehensible. You claim to be a domain investor while characterizing another domain owner as a cybersquatter when you know absolutely nothing about them or how they acquired the domain? Your client has no rights to the domain whatsoever.
That's grossly unfair and you're assuming boatloads. The average Joe shopping around domain registrars has no clue as to the monumental cluster-F currently broiling. Where has this story hit any major media outlets?

For example, I just wasted 15 min of time (at least) composing an email to Godaddy pleading with them to take down an unauthorized listing of one of my domains that some bad actor has managed to place...
This is the single thorny issue that prevents me from keeping more domains at Dynadot. It's a giant insult to their loyal customers. And now the Bodis thing.
I look for registrars that don't play games. And create an atmosphere of trust.
"12% of corporate senior leadership displays a range of psychopathic traits, which means psychopathy is up to 12 times more common among senior management than among the general population.
(And) when some of the defining traits of psychopathy include egocentricity, predatoriness...
I just realized it takes THREE clicks to login AN, plus the added treat of having to choose to login with GoDaddy creds or stick with AN username for more time-wasting entertainment.
On with the sh*t show!
To me it just seems sketchy. I would have no confidence in it.
I have my own payment window through PayPal, have had it for years but probably used it once.
Seems like a hassle tbh.
Am I missing something?
