Ok thanks for the response and the link. I think I agree it is probably an infringement but as far as "the word made by joining them", I don't think just because the two words are next to each other in a domain name makes them one word. For example, the site you posted "ipo.gov.uk" ...just...

Hi, I am a total newbie and I didn't realize this might be trademark infringement. I bought the domain name rightmoverent.com. Rightmove.co.uk is a big real estate company by the looks of it in the UK. It says on their website their only trademark is their logo...
