Facebook are being threatened with a lawsuit because there is a prior active company in the UK who uses the Diem brand for financial/fintech services. Facebook would of knew about this before changing their name to Diem. Its hard to claim rights to a trademark if there is already an active...

Most of the best SR keywords were taken along time ago. I know lots of patents show the SR acronym relating to "synthesized reality" but I think most of these are old patents that have just been renewed and Apple did not amend the old patents with most of the wording. I think the safer bet...

I quoted synthesized reality but I think lots on social media prefer simulated reality which is also mentioned in patents.
