advice How reliable is Estibot valuation?

Hi namepros! I was looking for domains to invest while I came across this non dot-com four letter domain which has an Estibot valuation of $22,000. How reliable is it? Can I possible sell it for that price or even half the price? I am pretty new to domaining so any advice would be helpful :)

question Buying .ai for .com registered names - Trademark infringement?

I use Namecheap. I did get the domain name idea from an email newsletter. It is kind of an up and coming ai chatbot, so probably was gonna get registered soon anyway. The other domain is still unregistered though. I’m sitting on it fearing the trademark infringement.

Afternic lander without nameservers

Hi, did you get a proper solution to this? How did you resolve the issue? I am using cloudfare for controlling DNS records for all my domains and need to use other landers (Afternic, Atom, and DomainEasy). I can't find the A records or CNAME values for any of these. Currently using NP landers...
