Your MISSED reg. of the day

Do you want to know what domain I didn't register and should have? pokemongo.net --- I had it in cart and didn't buy. It is when it initially took off. And the craze was beginning. The reason I didn't buy it? Because I'm stupid and said, eh, no one would care about the .net and I don't have time...

Is .US dead (??)

You can brand a .us domain. I have quite a few .US domains and they are Geo related or even like free video .us etc.. I would invest in them. I wouldn't handreg applecomputerservicepro or nonsense names.

SmartWeed.club) $$$$$? Thoughts?

There are a million forums related to that are already established with 1000s of users. Sorry, not really worth anything because of .club -- if it were .com then you could do something.

Celebrity Fansite DN TM issue?

My sources are personal experiences. I'm not trying to give attorney grade rebuttal here. But, if your site is: VanityClassicShots dot whatever, and you solely profit from Vanity; then you will more than likely have an issue.

discuss Do you ever feel bad about being a domain squatter?

My friend and his wife have a nail salon in Florida. There is a nail salon in Los Angeles with the same name or with similarities. He wanted the name of his business .com .. The brokerage place wanted $10,000.00 for that name because they assumed the Los Angeles company would probably buy it...

discuss Do you ever feel bad about being a domain squatter?

If you don't scoop up the domain someone else will. And, more than likely make money. So, why should you feel guilty? If you're not infringing on copyright or violating any laws, then you're good. Money feeds your family.

If I would have read these forums a little better, I would have spent a lot less!! There has been a couple of times I just threw in the towel and said, "not for me." Then I make a sale or things go my way. One thing is to stay away from the elaborate salesmen on Warrior Forum and Black hat...
