If though dot com is worth $10,001, what does that say about the market in general or does it? Is its true worth only $10k? Did someone get a great deal? I was surprised that it sold for as low as it did. Time to reflect and possibly adjust pricing time . . .

The value of "cardiac" sales at Namebio are low. Values of dot ac domains are also low. As an aside I love domain hacks. Cardi.ac imho is brandable. But it is a bit edgy for a doctor to have is use. Too bad Cardi B isn't Cardi Ac . . . :) I think XX to another domainer is most probable. I think...

Im going to write my way through this evaluation . . . Catchy and alliterative! 46/83 domain sales with Niche included in name from the start. I didn't see any Nic endings that were Nic stand aloneable;) Im thinking $500 is likely ceiling. Good luck!

Doesn't sound like you are attached to the domain. That is good! What is a good deal? A good deal is when both parties are happy, imo. Sounds like a potential XXXX or XXXXX sale . . . Maybe both parties will be happy??!!
