Becoming a millionaire

the answer is still...YES....you can. You can actually make that much doing just about anything if you truly want it and are willing to do what it takes. I own a large block of domains in several niches and some are quite valuable and I have offers for a pair on niche domains that are related (...

How Domain Investor Chad Folkening Went from Mowing Lawns to Buying Mansions

Keep in mind that we all have unique paths and at that point in my life, $ 140. was a great deal of money and it was between child-support, food, getting kicked out of an apartment, you know the rest of the story. I personally kept what domains I could by doing without any other luxuries and...

Could Dominos or Pizza Hut make Pizza.net the largest .NET domain acquisition ever?

I have to say more clearly this time that " I feel it is second rate " it quite obviously is second to the .com . That is being made perfectly clear by the lack of money being offered up to buy it in contrast to the .com. Money talks and BS walks, an old guy ( very wealthy ) that I knew...

How do you accept money?

I have usually requested wire transfer into an account that I use only for internet deals. I require half wires to me and I then create a sub-account in my eNom account in their name and send them an email copy of the whois. After they wire me the second half and I REMOVE IT FROM MY ACCOUNT...

Becoming a millionaire

you can still make money with domains however, not as easily as the " big boys " as you call them because they started early and scored big with little efforts. Going forward, I am certain you can still earn big money but you have to make smart moves and building an ongoing business of some sort...

Newtown Memorial related domains

Newtown Memorial related domains

I purchased some domains to use for various memorial projects, none of which involve me taking donations of any kind. One domain I own is NewtownMemorial.com and I got an interesting email from somebody asking me to donate it to him as he might keep it in protective custody for future use by...

PrivateJet.com Sold For $30 Million In What Maybe The Highest Pure Domain Sale Ever

would have to argue this point This 2 word domain is a very high value industry, PrivateJet could NOt be compared to other 2 word domains as these two words define a very specific subject of value and an industry. Enterpryzman

information Domain Buyers Club - Good or Bad?

Thought of starting or joining on have thought about this for a while now and it seems to be a valid route. Keep in mind that not only to combine financial resources but, also talents and knowledge. This would not be a typical club yet sounds very good. Enterpryzman

Yet another mainstream article calling us squatters...

don't think so I do not think anyone can judge another person's domain buying, no matter what has happened. Just because I or you might not buy those domains does not make it wrong for another to do so. I did this in the past a couple of times and the domains ended up going to good use. My...

Yet another mainstream article calling us squatters...

Some of the opinions here are amazing.....I for one "hold" a fairly large portfolio of domains, some of which are generic in nature and many in niche industries. Call me what you want, it matters not.....I wish I had started sooner than I did. The only reason I purchased a computer some 12...

Expiring domain at eNom, Is it possible to predict when a name will enter PENDING DEL

if backordered when it expires, they will transfer it and no redemption period at all for the orig. owner. If they want it back, they can send a letter to eNom and $ 140. and they will take it back from you and give it to them. Otherwise, I am not sure how long till it drops. Enterpryzman
