Yeah there are a few existing NZ entities that it could appeal to, and obviously anything DW New Zealand (Data Warehouse, Design Warehouse etc.) in the future. But I think I'm happy to cash out and move on.- Points: 0

The offer was someone from Canada that contacted me via email wanting the domain for an SEO project. Someone else here has also just messaged me offering $1K, but from what you've said I think I'd be selling low if I were to let it go for that price.- Points: 0

Thanks that is very useful, what would the reason be for the 'at least 10%'? Is that due to selling fees, or lower value of the domain itself? The reason I am now looking is I had a legit offer of $1000 USD, but I thought I'd check its current value before going ahead and selling at that price.- Points: 0
