Sorry to go on a tangent OP. From my experience and I've wasted thousands of $ : Forget about landers and pricing, none of that will make a difference if you have a solid name worth atleast 4 fig+. Think about this from the buyers POV, No one lands on your page and thinks.. "Oh, let me buy this...- Points: 11

Is the offer direct from the buyer or via an agent? If from a buyer then investigate them and see if your domain is part of a bigger/smaller project they're working on then price accordingly. If it from an agent, god help you! they don't care about you or their client, they're in it for themselves.- Points: 2

Since Registrars are not required to provide 24/7 security monitoring for your domain beyond ICANN mandated policies which were written in 2009/2010 respectively, plus they do not seem to mandate any insider threat policies.
