Exactly. This is the only way I've found to see some sort of monetary return on parked domains. I've never seen money using any automated system or service.

great post. I've learned that it's much better to run the ads on the parked domain yourself rather than have Google do it. I've had two domains setup with Google and they make almost no money. Whereas the ones I run myself actually show some sort of return.

Nice clean layout. Information is easily accesible. The only couple things would be that top header seems a bit too empty. Might want to lighten it as well. And I would add a more pronounced footer. I would drop that search out of the header and throw up a Google ad bar.

Which software would be required to create a menu like this one?

Honestly all you need is photoshop. The coding for the menu can be done with only css and html. Im sure you could come close with some free graphics programs but I've never used them.

I like the overall layout. The main issue I have with the design is the colors that are being used and this really only due to my personal tastes. I'm just not a big fan of pastels or bright neons like that green. It grabs my eye too much and I miss other things on the page.
