I think its definitely worth more than $100. You could always develop the site, throw a blog on it or something to get some pages ranked. Then make some money off of affiliate marketing to products like AI logo makers etc. until you can sell the domain.

CustomFlatbed would make a great blog. Lots of keywords with low competition. If you could build up some backlinks and rank for some keywords it would make the domain worth a lot more.
