The exact match domains do not have the same value they had once. The killer keywords will still go for higher prices. But this is a term you have to explain to other people or they have to Google it. Then it is also in plural form. As you said there are advertisers for that keyword, so park it...- Points: 0

discuss How much does it affect a domain being a subdomain?
The person who is buying such sub domains by paying big money is at the mercy of another domain owner (who can go even bankrupt overnight). I don't think sub domain owner enjoy any legal protection as in the case of icann regulated registries ( if any such protection practically available). But...- Points: 0
