If you ask for an appraisal, take it for what it is, a personal opinion. Anyone that holds a name needs to have an idea of it's value themselves. An appraisal is basically "I like this name, what do you think?" No one is right or wrong as it's just opinion. If I try to appraise a name, I think...

It means and is worth nothing in the UK extensions, sorry and I would have skipped over it in the .com if I saw it available. It just sounds awkward and I fail to see what it could be used for / who the end user would be.

These are some of the questions you need to answer yourself, before you purchase a domain. Please don't buy first and think later, you'll lose a lot of money. I don't know what it could be used for and is worth 0 imo.
