    Hi Everyone

Hi Boys & Girls, Been a member for some time but first time I am posting on this forum. Started with domains in the 90's and have owned a lot of them. Lots of success in the past with domains and websites. Just trying to fire up my portfolio again after a few years out of the domain game. Will...

    Curious Newbe

Many have said it already. Google is a TM. Very hard to impossible to sell this. The value will be in development and selling services or generating leads. But thats risky business as you could loose the domain at any time. Better invest into something else and let this one drop :)

    Hi Everyone

@barcher thanks ... its all about adding value for others. Give before you ask. Same applies to domain sales. You can't sell something someone does not need or want (and if you do that where you get into problems). I sold made 3-4M in rev is 4 years. Probably 50% in domain/website sales and 50%...

Thanks for the tips! Have not yet used undeveloped.com actually....will check it out Will keep you posted on how the end-user reach-out is going. Emailed about 8 potential buyers last night and all opened the email (use hubspot email CRM tool for gmail - its great!) and one positive reply! In...

    advice Mortgage.co.za

Anyone here have experience with selling .co.za domains? I am looking at selling Mortgage.co.za which I own. I see that all recent .co.za sales are happening on SEDO. Got a 10k USD offer couple of years back through SEDO (did not reach a close). Are there any good marketplaces or brokers for...

    question Accuracy of EstiBot?

Estibot can work well for some types of domains. Especially those that are keyword rich with similar recent sales history (publicly available sales). Its very bad for valuating brandable domain names. Use it as a reference and compare it to other valuation tools. Ask in forums also to see what...

If its a good domain you will need to use a dropcatcher by putting in a backorder at namejet or dropcatch. Most 4L coms are caught this. Getting them after the drop with hand reg is tough. you are better off bidding on godaddy auctions before the masses get to them ...and a bit of luck and hard...

Hi guys & girls, here is a list of domains fresh off the drop today you can grab at reg fee. Do your research. Some of these could have value and you can make a few bucks on the flip. Don't think there is too much value here but possibly some 2 / low 3 figure flips. TokoCatering.com...

advice What Metrics Are Most Important To You When Purchasing A Domain Name?

This is what I ask myself when grabbing brand type domains: Would you call your company that? Does it make sense? Does it sound right? Is it memorable? Does it pass the radio test? Are there easy alternatives? In the past I was very much into EMDs for buildout and SEO. Did really well till...
