.tv Need Opinons On Whether Or Not To Register dot TV Domain

I appreciate your thoughts and thanks for slowing me down before I wasted my money. You know, this domain looks so nice, so inviting, so tempting...but I know it's wrong. It breaks too many rules, no one will ever type it in and it probably won't help me much. I'm gonna pass. Instead, I'll...

domain Picked up A Few New dot TVs - Am I On The Right Track?CHGO tv

Alright, I think I see. Chgo I want, just because I want it. ShoeStores I took thinking that because it wasn't being used in a lot of extensions right now (which probably should have told me something) that I'd take a shot at turning it into an affiliate site. Do a feed, maybe some...

domain Please Appraise JustBeUgly.com

No, don't develop it for health and fitness. Who wants to go to a site that calls them fat and ugly? JustBeBeautiful, yes. Ugly, it's mean. Johname's idea is better. Maybe there's an actual product called UGLY. Or maybe it would make a good furniture restoring site, home repair site, buy...

Where is the best place to sell your domains?

So, do you guys list your domains on more than one service at a time? For instance, do you list on Afternic and Sedo at the same time?

Should I Optimize For Local Search or Not?

Thanks, I like your point of view on this. Could you explain this a little more, please? I'm thinking in terms of Page Titles. Freelance Writer | Chicago or Chicago Freelance Writer or Freelance Writer? I think you're absolutely right about going for local business. I'm in a big city and...

Should I Optimize For Local Search or Not?

Hi, I'm building a new website for my writing business. It's writing, this is the web, I can work with anyone from anywhere. My question is about my keyword research, especially regarding Page Titles. I'm in Chicago. Should I choose page titles that include Chicago, i.e. Writing...

Best Bulk Transfer Prices?

I have 40+ domains coming up for renewal at GoDaddy. I could join the Discount Domain Club for $90 and have them renewed there, or I could transfer them. Any thoughts on the best way to handle this and with which registrar? Thanks

domain Picked up A Few New dot TVs - Am I On The Right Track?CHGO tv

I think I see. Far fewer searches than I thought with lots of competition for potential clicks and it's a tv. So, on an adsense or domian re-selling basis, not much value. Potential value, like most other domains, if developed properly. I guess I don't get why something like powwows tv sells...

domain Picked up A Few New dot TVs - Am I On The Right Track?CHGO tv

Ok, two very different takes on this. I appreciate both responses. I guess I'm not completely getting keyword domains. ShoeStores is really the only one I thought of as a keyword domain. WannaSee I registered because I thought it might make a nice video on demand site or something. Chgo I...

What To Do With Unused Domains?

Ok, now I get it. I was thinking of Adsense For Domains as if I had to put up a basic page and then feed adsense into it, like I do for my content site with individual adsense ads. Now I see it's just like parking the domains I already have with Sedo, maybe a bit more profitable. Cool...

What To Do With Unused Domains?

Yes, Adsense for Domains is what I meant. I guess what I'm wondering is it better to just host them myself with Adsense for Domains than it is to park them? It's the same thing, right? But if I host them myself I keep all the money, right? Thanks

What To Do With Unused Domains?

I have several unused domains I need to do something with until I either develop, sell or drop them. I have a shared hosting plan, so I'm thinking of putting them there and putting Google Ads for Domains on them. Or should I park them somewhere? Or is there something else I can do with...

domain Picked up A Few New dot TVs - Am I On The Right Track?CHGO tv

I almost posted this in appraisals, but I'm not really looking for a value. I doubt they have any value - yet. That said, if you'd like to share your thoughts based on your experience, please do. So you know, I'm more into content than domain buying and selling. I'm a writer, but in the last...

.tv Need Opinons On Whether Or Not To Register dot TV Domain

Hi, I need advice on whether or not to buy a particular hand-reg dot tv. I like dot tv, I have four, so that's not the issue. I need to know whether or not to register a killer two-word-hyphenated dot tv domain. I know a lot of people don't like hyphens in dot coms, for a dot tv...

Need Safe Place To Search Available Domains

I tried saferwhois and I liked it. Thanks. I never realized other customers could see my discarded searches. Do they pop up as suggestions somewhere? Am I seeing other peoples discarded searches? I would love to see what other people search for. It would probably be very interesting.

Need Safe Place To Search Available Domains

Thanks for your help. I know what I do (perhaps it's called fishing) is not the best practice, but it's how I get creative. Next time a really good one comes along though, I'll get it.

Need Safe Place To Search Available Domains

I know this has gotten some play in the past, but I'd like a fresh, up-to-date perspective. I need to do a little domain searching. I like to see what's available and then pick the best. I've had trouble in the past with registrars immediately holding names for a few days once I've searched...
