Make sure you have a proper SPF record setup on your domain, Google blocks everything that doesn't come from a domain with a SPF record. Google can also deliver your email with a scary warning attached to it warning the recipient you are a scammer.

I don't think you are suggesting a smart strategy. In your example the plural domain may have been registered first and HD or BD simply picked up the singular in the hope they could sell to the first party or a copycat IF the initial domain becomes a successful website. Years later the plural...

Dan landing pages don't appear in search results so it's not human traffic. It's likely a combination of malicious bots and search engine crawlers with fresh IP addresses that aren't yet blocked.

DomainAgents.com is clearly a scam as they are asking for a fee to make purchase offers on domains that are not listed for sale with their company or anywhere else. I came across this scam when they published a domain sale page for one of my domains and that page appeared in Google search...
