Dang, after looking at those examples I think it may be. They didn't offer a price like in those ones so it didn't jump out that fishy to me, but the formatting of the email is very similar. Sounds good, that was also partially another reason why I posted this thread other than excitement, because I figured I would get a few warnings to heed as I went into the process.
