Design wise, the logo is underneath the mission statement, and is cut off by the menu beneath it. Those 'spikey round tags' are rather dated, footer area is hughe and unneccessary scrolling. No h1 tag specified. 4 img elements have an empty alt attribute. I found 12 Errors, 1 warning when...

Nice to see a site that validates, although you could probably use a table for, well, the tables instead of div inside div. Design is simple, personally the banner / logo could be better, but its not completely horrid lol

IMO the design is of very poor standard, very '90s' in its style. Tables should not be used for web layout purposes; for a company claiming to sell Web Development that is pretty shocking to say the least... the code does not validate... no alt attributes on any of the images... no H1 element...
