Keyword Density
A little high I think that 3-5% is a bought right. Other wise your content can start to read a little funny which is not good.- Points: 0

Google updating PR more often
It is more Within the last 12 months my site was updated mostly every 3 months until latley it was only 2 months. I will now in a couple of weeks if it is 2 months again- Points: 0

Getting index question
Need more links I would say no. What you need to do is build more links and of course content. Google likes it when you have good content and more than 1 link to your site.- Points: 0
