Just received an offer on a domain, but I have a bad feeling...
If he reg it before the trademark, won't a trademark domain make it actully more valuble? They need it more... and he's protected (I think). Why isn't it legitimate for him to sell it, if he gets a good offer, even if it trademarked? If you don't give them a legeal excuse to take it form...- Points: 2
