No, not as far as I am aware from back searching the name and email address. It is classed as a premium renewal (they never told me that when they "gave it away"!), although I only pay NIC fee (around $60)

Agreed, IP range lockdowns are only provided by a few registrars, as are Registry Superlocks where the domains are taken off API automation. IMO you pay for what you get and retail (pile 'em high, sell'em cheap) registrars can't compete with the management services of some of the corporate...
