great post. I believe this should be stickied both here and in the appraisal section

Incredible. This isn't a name you just publicly flaunt like this. Contact some qualified brokers, first interviewing them to see if their credentials are on par with the needs of handling such a name, and then find the worthy buyer. I'd also interview the potential buyers to see if they'll...

Thread of the year. OP, I'd increase this name +$1,000,000 in value now, as it's been a month since you've registered it. Names like this appreciate far quicker than the rest of the market.

    Global Monthly Srearches clarification

You search "UK Best Jobs". Also, make sure you check off "Exact" and uncheck "Broad" in the left column titled "Match Types". If done right, you should get 28 global exact monthly searches for that example.

    domain Please Appraise discover.info

Oddly enough, Discover.org sold last month for $9,000. Taking that sale into consideration, along with the fact that you have the .info version, I'd say low-mid $xxx reseller and low $x,xxx end-user. Good luck.

    domain Please Appraise www.kaysjewelry.co

The reason any of those numbers exist is because it's a trademarked brand. http://www.kay.com/lwp/wcm/connect/Kay/Customer+Service/About+Kay+Jewelers/ I'd get rid of that name ASAP.

domain Please Appraise Chiefs.co, Premium domain? Monthly searches 50,220 !

i'd say 90% of those monthly searches are for the NFL football team (Kansas City Chiefs). You might be able to get low xxx for it. Try sending the team a sales pitch, you never know!

    domain Please Appraise eWebMeeting.com, eOnlineSingles.com, eNetBlogs.com

The "e" that precedes those keywords (web, online, net) gives the domain a redundant appearance. "e" usually works best before a single noun/verb/adjective (sometimes), or very rarely two keywords. I'm gonna have to say regfee.

    domain Please Appraise BadCreditMortgage.info

It's got a respectable amount of search volume, but the .info kills it by alot. XXX+ for sure with .com extension, but i cant see it going for more than XX in your case. The current trend with .info's are 1-word maybe 2-word keyword-rich.

    domain Please Appraise CalendarOnline2012.com

IMHO, I cant see anyone buying the name due to the fact that nowadays 99.9999% of computers and phones have available calendars which make the utilization of their features much easier/more convenient. Also, if people were to purchase calendars, I'd have to guess they've already got them, seeing...

domain ILJ <.> com, net, us, tv Please help appraise

All rough estimates and my own opinion: .com: mid-high $x,xxx+ .net: mid-high $xxx+ .us: low-high $xx+ .tv: low-mid $xx The reason why I included (+) is because there are obviously many names that sell for more than the price range I listed, but part of that is because they were most likely...

    Is Domain Flipping dead?

Not according to my paypal :p Seriously though, what was outlined above is critical. Your names must obviously be decent, but most importantly, you must be able to not only find the right potential end-users, but play your cards right when it comes to contact/negotiation.

    domain Please Appraise giant.cc

Sure, it's a good keyword, but I don't see how it could apply to a prospective end-user. It's not really product/service related, but perhaps it holds branding value. That is when, however, the extension comes into play and lowers the demand and value even further. I'd say mid $xx-very low $xxx.
