I need to add a second location/address to the header on my website and the existing header is a JPG file. Where can I get something like that modified done?

    Website wanted

I'd like a new website similar to what is listed below for a client; centralarkansasdental.com The text at the top should remain text so that it can be edited for other applications. I like the blue color shown, but would like the ability for differing shades of blue as well. The website...

We have decided to select Ancitis as the winner of the contest. I would like to thank everyone for participating, it was a tough decision to select a winner. This forum has very talented individuals and we wish everyone success in their careers.

gooddesigner - thanks for the additional submissions, you're making it tough. ancitis - I like what you did with the revision and your other idea is very nice as well. Everyone - we have about 3 hours before the contest ends. We plan to name the winner within 24 hours of the contest ending.

dlight - that looks better, thanks for the update. everyone - I won't be near my computer until around 6pm EST today. I probably won't have time to give much feedback until then. Remember the contest is open until 10pm EST tonight so I will be able to provide feedback before it ends.

jtoms - For post #15 we like the bottom one except for the same comment on the tooth root length, those are too long for the tooth. For post #19 you have a really clean concept and I like the design. umxca - I like the colors but I'm just not feeling any connection to the concept...

sf2010 - same thing I said to dlight, tooth root should be no more than 25-30% of the overall height of the tooth.

dlight - We like the top row of the 1st entry better than the bottom row. The 2nd entry concept is nice except that the root length of the teeth is too long. What you have in the 1st entry is better with the tooth root being about 25-30% of the overall height.

jtom - The tooth is sort of cartoonish and that's not what we're looking for now. It isn't elegant enough for a periodontist, the average age of a patient is 40-60 years old.

jtoms - Cute, and we like the font and colors you used but we'd like a more elegant look. Would work better for a pediatric dentist than a periodontist.

I like where you're going. The line across the tooth reminds me of dental floss which is a nice touch. We'd like the name and slogan to maybe be more prominent and the tooth less so.
