discuss Would you rent out your domain(s) for the short-term?
IMO this is solving a problem that doesn't exist. If I am going to go to the massive time and expense of developing a site out I want to know I get to keep it long term. I wouldn't spend years building a brand on a domain name only for the domain owner to pull the plug ' Im not renting this...- Points: 2

We are looking hard and have some ofher options but none of them ‘quite’ seems as good as that one! I will however do a test on another name and post the...- Points: 1

question Can some of you Pros help me in negotiating with HugeDomains?
@stub you make a good point! I believe they viewed it more than one time, possibly 5 or so checking back on it , potentially from Different IPs. Regarding it being underpriced for an end user intiially. Not really, because its quite niche specific and hence not a mass msrket usage domain. I...- Points: 0

poll I am at 5000+ now, how many domains in your "keeper" portfolio?
Agreed. Was on mobile but meant 5L or 6L . With a number as well they are worthless very often. I only have interest in very brandable or keyword based .coms . Very few other extensions except .co.uk are of interest to me.- Points: 0

poll I am at 5000+ now, how many domains in your "keeper" portfolio?
ALso depends on the value of the names. I mean random no meaning 5 and 6 number.symbol ,coms are a burden in my opinion. Especially with godaddy renewal fees. I have about 150 domains, all of them are saleable easily and I have maybe 10 high value domains currently. all keepers- Points: 0

question Can some of you Pros help me in negotiating with HugeDomains?
On that note, does anyone know how long Hugedomains prices are bumped up for? I mean me and a friend found one we were considering for a site. It was $3500, I forgot to tell him not to view the page directly... and the price has now jumped to $8500 lol. Clearly this is a non starter as it was...- Points: 0

Additonally, I dont need an explanation of how your obscure name could be related to deliveries. If I dont get any connection, it will not be of interest to me as no one else will understand the alleged link- Points: 0
