discuss Namecheap - $19 to $1500 premium. Are they monitoring my searches?

That always happens with Namecheap. They list many premium domains as normal price, then when you try to buy it gives that glitch. Also I've tried buying some recently expired domains through them & it says unavailable but I check on godaddy & it's available; but more expensive..
