Thanks for the advice. I finally found their real website and it turns out that their domain is 2 words and the .co domain is registered to someone who has connections to this firm. But there has to be a reason why this first generic word on the .co is not yet registered. Simple question then...

Hello! I'm new to domain investing and I was just wondering what the domain shuttle.space would be worth. The seller wants 150 for it and estibot says 2000. Is there anything else I need to consider? Thanks for your replies!

The .com with the same name is registered and for sale. There is nothing on that website except a "Buy this Domain" link with a form. I guess this colombian company isn't interested in being visible on the internet.

Ok, I did a google translate on the "brand name" and it turns out its a pretty generic name, or a common word, in Spanish. But what explanations could there be that this name is not yet registered? Seems to good to be true? Is this something that is normal in the domain business? Looking for...

What if there is a colombian firm that has not yet registered their brand name? If I were to register it and resell it to them, would that infringe on their trademark? Is this possible?

Thank you for your reply. Yes the seller said that it will probably be worth a lot more in the future. So you would say that it's not good if I want to sell i quickly but it would be better if I buy it and hold on to it for some years? Would you care to explain (or point to a post) why generic...
