GoDaddy Auctions - A nightmare

How do you cope with GD auctions now? It used to be an alright experience a few years back when I was actively listing domains. About a month and a half back I again got the auctions membership and listed domains there. Despite adding the TXT DNS record for verification the domains were still...

discuss NameCheap Price Glitch —Be Aware

Please check whois of this domain.... looks like the domain was already registered by someone else and was being sold as a premium domain. Sometimes namecheap(maybe other registrars as well) show a domain available for registration that is not, especially the non-.com ones, maybe due to some...

Please Sign this petition to help Mr Rob Monster

Last I checked, there were no more than 10 signatories of the petition, despite of requests on Facebook and Namepros by Rob and the OP. A proof that the community does not approve of such practices. I wanted to bring this on record that such tactics were rejected.

Filing a complaint against a registrar

UPDATE: I have received this email: Since the email is from Afternic and not from the payment provider, so does this mean that the payment is released just now and it was a false claim that the payment was released on 27th?? Thanks in advance! Anyway, I am so relieved that I have heard...

What do you do for a living?

Hi, I am new here. I have been reading discussions and experienced domainers keep saying that most of the people don't make a living by selling domain names. Was just wondering, does anyone here do this full time i.e. make a living our of it? If not, what do you do for a living?(I hope it is...

discuss There are more buyers than sellers for money making websites

I have noticed that there are more buyers than sellers for money making websites. These get sold instantly and even people are posting they want to buy money making websites but there are less sellers. What if we(domainers) build small websites on our handregs(or domains that are not our best...

How long does it take to receive Afternic payments?

My Email: "So here's what you are telling me, that you have released the funds to whoever that is and now you are not responsible for whether I receive the amount or not! WHERE is my money and WHEN will I receive it?!" Afternic's Reply: "Thank you for contacting Afternic Support. No, what we...

How long does it take to receive Afternic payments?

I believe, I shouldn't have used the word sent payment. They released the funds to their third party payment provider on 27th July and I don't think whoever that third party is has wired the payment to my account (because they never said the amount was transferred to my account) and Afternic...

How long does it take to receive Afternic payments?

They sent it through third party. Edit: That is what they told me upon inquiring about payment, but I haven't received an email from any third party payment processor.

UDRP DRLL.com loses a UDRP to DELL.com

Back in the day, probably till 2012 or 2013 Amazon commissions used to be quite exceptional. If someone went to Amazon.com through your referral, your cookie would be in his browser for next seven days. So whatever he bought during that time, you would get commission. There were people who...
