nice names and sales
well done!

just out of curiosity, @Riz M. ... do you mean that you literally started to domain 2 years ago and had no prior knowledge of domains to that.. and neither did any other people working with or for you (i understand you use the word WE to indicate there is several people).... I mean if you only started 2 years ago from point zero then these results are all the more remarkable! if only 2 years, then maybe you care to comment what you contribute your success to???? I mean normally success in domaining (or other things in life) is very strictly related to length of time of experince we do something.. thanks :)

Congratulations @Riz M. on a great month of sales, and thank you for sharing with us. As others have said, for someone relatively new, an incredible track record.

It is also impressive that you are selling a variety of types of names and at several venues.

The $10k sale on NamePros must be among the larger ones sold here by anyone for the year so far, I would think?

Thanks for sharing the details re HomeLab negotiation and sale.

xKit and Carz particularly nice from your recent acquisition list.

Best wishes for continued success.

Bob

Thanks for sharing Riz. I wonder if you count in your monthly profit all the acquisition from that month and the past acquisition, which were unsold in the meantime. Also, I wonder if you can share your STR for hand reg, I guess that you hand reg many more than the few reported one's, no?
@Riz M. Can you let's know about this question, it's very important and part of learning for lot of them here

Actually i have started domaining 2 years back but fulltime domaining i started from 1 & half year ..
By saying we means my brothers and me but my brothers are just sleeping partner in domaining. But wr take decision together on premium buying and sales
Success is because i researched very deeply and still reading nameprod all the time.
Namepros is main rason of my success.
Thanks to all pros here

@Riz M. Can you let's know about this question, it's very important and part of learning for lot of them here
Its very common question if i get him correctly he mean how can i calculate these as profit bcz i bought other names which i didnt sold so my answer is i buy any name which i can cashout anytime in same price i paid so they are not loss by any mean.

Suppose i bought 4 domains

Domain number 1 for 500
Number 2 for 700
Number 3 for 900
Number 4 for 300 number 5 for 600

So i havw to make sure all domains value should be in domainer market same as i bought or above what i paid
.so domain number 3 i sold for 4995 usd i will calculate as profit bcz rest i know i can cash anytime exactly what i paid.
So no loss there

For me i do calculate like this
Thanks

Than you, I think the up.biz is so undervalue.:wideyed:

its a nice name.. good fit for .biz too... though maybe not ideal like say DO.BIZ etc.. but very good stil!
however we must recall biz is dead or dying tld.
i think with this kind of roi as he had on it.. I'd act in same way and conclude the sale.

My first thought the Up.Biz could understood as Startup.business and I think every gtlds or ngtlds has good value if keyword.extensions are very matched bcz I believe that in a few years people will become more and more accustomed to using NGTLD in combination so it's not about dying but matching.

Quite inspirational, congrats and thanks for sharing. It is another proof for those stating they are late in the game. On the top of your end user sales it is great to see how you create liquid cashflow for the bills. Massive achievement after 2 years in the business

I assume you mean selling for wholesale price to another domainer here?
Could you reveal how you valuate domains wholesale price? Is it based on past reported sales you studied or do you use valuation tools?
