If you sell your domains to endusers - then it doesn't matter at all where they are listed...
You may sell even via your own blank page with just email address on it...

Yes, up to ~$2K per domain... but in the past (before 2015).

p.s. All these so-called "sale platforms" exist just to grab your money... up to 20%... some kind of parasites...

Yes. That's true. But they also have their advantages. Sourcing for end users may be tough work

I'm only concerned about .info's recent move on the spam charts.. what do you guys think?

It's currently ranked info = 33.4% bad (score 3.71)

For reference.. earlier this year .info was only ranked something like 8% bad.
