So, 2016 supposed to be the year of mobile payments. I have seen a few sales picking up for the words pay on namebio, but no sales reported here on NP.

Probably, but that doesn't mean there is massive demand for related domain names. It's not like there are thousands of end users waiting.

I even see more upside in bitcoin domains.

I am surprised tap has not done better because I see it all the time on my phone saying tap this, tap that. I dropped a lot but kept a few and am still in profit in this niche due to a few modest sales.
