This "seller" of a Bitcoin-related domain stated in the auction they would accept crypto and would set up a BTC account - when the bidding would otherwise have ended for them at $30 - but after the auction ended at $33 anyway they continuously refused to install or use any app to receive crypto (a simple 2 minute process) and then used this so-called "difficulty", that they agreed to do but never even tried, as an excuse to not to fulfill the agreed sale.
