domain Domain Appraisals for Vodkaandtequila.com & others

I'm new here, but VodkaandTequila.com seems great!

The other two seem like trademark infringement. I'd dump those.

Seems like vodkaandtequila.com would get you into trouble as well...

Plus it breaks my "first word ending with the same letter the next word starts with" rule...
It's just my personal rule of course. I think people are more inclined skip a letter when typing in the domain.

I would of thought dictionary words such as vodka and tequila wouldn't infringe any trademarks. Can you please explain why would I get into trouble?

Never realized that they were dictionary words...
Just assumed they were brand names.

They are definitely dictionary words, so you're safe.

After searching; I found a brand called Vodquila that makes an vodka and tequila drink. Maybe offer it to them for a nice price. Good luck!

Did a little background check on that company RothExec mentioned here's a little info on Vodquila:

VODQUILA is a special blend of Ultra Premium Vodka and imported Super Premium Tequila. The Vodka is made from multiple grains and distilled SIX times whereas the Tequila is made from Pure Blue Agave Plants and distilled in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.

Apparently it is a small family business with around 10 employees. With distributors across the South and Some Northern states.

Should I develop or sell?

The domain itself is unwieldy.
Selling it as is?
Doubt any reseller would want to pay more than 28 cents.
And end user, if you find the right one, might get reg fee.

Developing it as a blog or site about vodka and tequila might be the way to go.

Thank you for replying. I was thinking about turning vodkaandtequila.com into a website that pulls pictures from instagram using the #vodka #tequila and #vodkandtequila tags. What do you think about this idea? Would I be able to make a profit creating such a website?
