Petros - I know it's been on our list. Shoot me a list of all of the different things you would want to edit at one time and I'll see what I can come up with. Now remember this is a set all of these domains to x type of thing.

Donny

Hey Donny, thanks for the response.

Basically , how I imagine this feature, would be to be able to edit everything that can be edited in the domain edit tool, but in bulk. You paste the domains in an input box, submit, and the classic landing page editing tool would come up, and all the changes made would take effect for all the domains.

Or, maybe it would be easier for you to setup a tool to edit a portfolio, where you set default settings for a specific portfolio(colors, keywords, titles, maybe some content etc), and these changes would take effect for all the names in that portfolio.

Does it make sense?

Check your account again - it may be in there already.

Seems like often such conflicts work themselves out automagically - not sure if support manually reviews them and/or if Parked does some sort of automated Whois check ... anyways, check your account again - it's could already be in there now.

Hi Donny and SDX

I just parked my highest revenue name at parked. I would like to customize and optimize it better than it is now.

There are certain ads I would like to remove.

Please PM me to discuss this.

Thanks

It's easy - right in your domain edit screen you will see remove keywords - choose which ones you want removed and hit save. Not much to it.

I got another 2 clicks for 0 cents today! LOL The last one updated to .06 cents - this time it's a pron domain so no big deal - traffic on it is from around the world. Hopefully it goes up after the update. :)

donny... please help

dear donny, my domain againstbreastcancer.com is having trouble (i think) with your system. the template wont change to what i choose. its always back to adult template again and again everytime i change the template. also sometime if i check (browse) it, there's a warning page that i will enter adult website and must be proceed with caution and must be over 18 years old. as far as i know, my domain is about health (cancer: breast relative). I want to klick enter but i'm worry you will blame me for self click. So i dont enter. but if i may guees, the content should be adult and porn , not breast cancer relatives. I hope I'm wrong but please be kind to double check it.

Thanks before

My mom came in town yesterday so I was out of pocket yesterday and will be today (Saturday) as well. I'll answer what I can.

german2006 - If your whois information does not match the contact information for your domain and a domain is in conflict we must attempt to very that you are the owner by the WHOIS information. I think you sen something to your account managers email, but I don't have access to that information. I always recommend using WHOIS that is similiar to your Parked account or at least the email address.

sihar07 - Yahoo in the past few weeks has been marking some "breast cancer" domains as adult for some reason. You should let your account manage know whenever you run into a domain that is marked as adult like this. I went ahead and sent this one to Yahoo, I think it will take a few days for them to review it.

hitchhiker - Ask does not allow a 1 click lander.

How can we choose the one click implementation only? Is this possible?

1 click is an automatic process that Yahoo decides on the fly. We don't decide this ourselves.

clearly asking question better

I didn't ask my question clearly enough. I am trying to eliminate some ad results.

This is not working to eliminate results. I want ads from yahoo and target to disappear, but subtracting them from the keywords does not change this.

My clearer question === Is there a way to filter the ad results that don't match the domain?

The keywords I'm using are the best fit and the other ad results are okay.

Unrelated ad links, unless they're overly offensive to the target audience, can often be a good thing...

Give it some time and see what happens ... in particular, check the referrers (only displays clicks received within past few days) and see what people are searching on and what the related payouts are ... perhaps the unrelated searches are more frequent than what you'd expect and/or pay more well.

I realize this doesn't answer your question, but my view is that being too focused isn't always good - keep an open mind in regards to keywords / landers.

a little observation

here is a little observation on my parked.com domains.

(1) if it is a high paying keyword and the origination of click is unknown (country), you don't get paid.

(2) if the keyword is high paying one and the domain extension is a cctld you don't get paid or you get paid very little. it doesn't even matter if the visitor is from US.

of course i am talking about domains that are affected by the yahoo quality based pricing.

would like to know what are your observations.

Thanks for you input Ron.

The domain is foodpyramid dot org. If you look at the domain, you will see there are ads from yahoo and target that come up that say food pyramid, but the link has nothing to do with the keywords or the food pyramid. The keywords are "organic food."

Organic as a keyword was performing very well at Sedo with a nice click thru, averaging appx. 25 cents per click, but lately clicks have dwindled down to under 10 cents per click. I figured parked.com deserves a chance for this high traffic domain that once performed so well. So far, the clicks are worth as much as they used to be on Sedo and the click rate is about 20%.

I will continue to tinker with it if results are unsatisfactory. Parked has some great features and much more flexibility compared to Sedo - which is very nice. It is interesting to see some parked pages show ads right away, while others make visitors click through keywords to the ads. This is not controlled by parked.com if I'm understanding what I read on this thread?
