The only I can tell you is you will have a hard time trying to sell these domains.

I don't like zofat. It wouldn't hurt to put it into an auction and just see what happens.

FreshFrozenPlasma is a pretty good name with limited pool of potential buyers.
Even though it is long, it's the exact (irreducible) name for an expensive product.
It gets x,xxx exact global searches per month, with a very low CPC (no good for parking).
I would personally market this to the industry's players (end users).
My estimate = mid - high $xxx.

I'll go contrary to the above.
ZoFat isn't all that bad. It's not a good name, but it's not inconceivable that it could be branded either.

FreshFrozenPlasma is a product keyword, but it's not as though doctors are Googling around for the best deal in plasma. The companies that sell blood products and the hospitals that buy them are pretty well connected. It would be like owning freshorgantransplants.com. Maybe some company in China might buy it, but it's not a great name either.

While FFP may get searches, those are most likely searches for information rather than buyers. That's where a lot of people screw up. Searches aren't worth much unless the searchers are looking to buy.

If I had to choose one or the other, I would take the gamble that somebody would brand a zofat. I don't see anyone coming around for the other one.

Thanks alot.
So in your mind keyword that are related to Information only without any "buying" isnt worth it ?
wouldnt it be good to park a site even if pepole are looking for information only ?

Who will be those End Users / Potential buyers in this case ?

I saw Estibot /Valuate has a $2.76 CPC for this , so i guess they are misleading.

Thanks

It's not a good name...
Even the member that defends ZoFat doesn't like it.
Put in into auction and don't have high expectations.
...it's not as though doctors are Googling around for the best deal in plasma.
No, there are no plasma megastores or discount plasma dealers.
But, there are searches for it. And the companies that provide it:
1. Have websites (they must want someone to find them, else why have a site),
2. Sell very expensive products - blood and blood products, some for $295 to $765 each.
If one wanted to be found easily, they could own this name for the price of just one of their products.
Who will be those End Users / Potential buyers in this case ?
Sorry, if I'm to track down potential buyers today, it will be for one of my own names.

Experienced domainers don't believe Estibot or any other bots.

2 things-

Information sites can still make money if you have a good number of visitors and/or really hight priced clicks. I didn't see a single ad for blood plasma products though when I searched this term. When there are few advertisers, Google CPC estimates are often way off.

It's also telling that this name was available to register, and non of the other tlds were taken. If nobody wanted it at $10 a month ago, why would they pay hundreds today? Did something change?

Anyway, you are stuck with the name, so go ahead a send a couple emails. You might get lucky and earn a couple hundred dollars.
