.cc domains are really hurting in the valuation department. I think that that the short domains like this have a lot of branding potential but having the .cc ext with it does hurt the overall value of it. I would say undeveloped maybe mid to high $xxx.

It is short and catchy so if you develop it, you might really have some valuable property there.
