Not only "why " SMS but Yahoo have just changed the corporate name of Overture to : "yahoo search marketing solutions" YSMS

http://www.google.co.th/search?hl=en&q="yahoo+search+marketing+solutions"&btnG=Google+Search&meta=

"Yahoo! Search Marketing Solutions will encompass all the existing Overture products, and Yahoo! products like Yahoo! Shopping's Product Submit and Yahoo! Directory's Express will also be marketed under the new brand name."

This could really pick up some hits if YSMS becomes the accepted term, can you imagine the potential for mega end user price :gl:

At the moment high $xx, however if indeed YSMS's term picks up, the value will automatically sky rocket into the $xxx and low $x,xxx's.

The name change, w/ the initials that accompany it, increased your odds of a good enduser sale, dramatically. The big question, it whether or not "Yahoo! Search Marketing Solutions " decides to go w/ initials:

I share the great feeling you get when a bit of unexpected good fortune comes along. My last 3LL sale was for a name that had no apparent acronym value, until a company decided to market a product line using the product initials- initials that I just happenned to have the domain name for. :bingo: Although the brand is well known, I never would have made the association, and when an offer came, the source of it was a surprise. I think that many 3LL names, (and mixed 3char, to a lesser degree), find their enduser homes in this fashion. A new product line or a marketing decision comes out of nowhere, and if your 3ll name comes up, it's mega time.

Wishing you the best of luck.
