I thought it would be best to put this in here. It does "lightly" touch on value, but the main point of it is the concept and making it happen.

As some of you know, and most dont, I just managed to get

&
sitestats.us

Myself and a friend are in the process of working out the software / time / money needed to create a dedicated .US site for these. They will both point to the same site (which one, let me know your thoughts) but will allow users access to alot of information about .us Domains, stats service, stats on as many .us sites as we can handle, domain reg information and domain search function for .us sites, along with the ability to register domains through a reseller account.

We both personally think this has great $ potential, but would like to hear your guys feedback.

1) Concept - good?Bad?
2) Software for the trawling (any ideas? - or fresh write from scratch?)
3) what reseller account?
4) I assume we should have a "member registration" option for access.
5) Possible value if we pull all of the above off

Looking forward to comments, feedback, info etc

IF anyone has links that could help us get this operational, would love to know more
