The Adsense placement is also violating the TOS..

No Google ad may be placed on any non-content-based pages. This includes error, login, registration, "thank you" or welcome pages.

You should remove them from the header, and only add them to the Index, Viewforum and Viewtopic templates..

And I don't think you can put Clicksor ads on the same page as Adsense ads either...
