Definitely worth some money. Maybe develop into a dog lover site.

I agree.. the domain is very nice and has potential to either be developed as a Brandable for a company or etc..

Or it can also be something to do with what the word means itself.. but I would say its a nice catch

Yelp.com is a well-established site, so you have to be careful when developing to avoid legal issues. I would recommend sticking to something germane such as a pet-site. Resale value is in the low xxx range, while an end user valuation is highly subjective depending on how you approach it.
