Well considering it is two character, and not two letter. And .pm not .com, and not even .net. Also taking into account that extension is for the country, "Saint Pierre and Miquelon". It targets a very small market of buyers and Y 8 also doesn't make sense. It would worth nothing to a US buyer but to a foreign buyer that french type extension would be worth a max of $500. No buyer in the USA would want it or in China. So basically, it comes down to finding a buyer in the region of that country. I don't think a USA buyer would buy it if you offered it for only fifty dollars.
