Y I am not getting gmail invitees

Hello,
iam not getting any gmail invitees at all,
i gave one to my friend he got but still i didnt get,
aim getting morethan 100 mails a day in my gmail account but still iam not getting.

what could be the reason?
and how we get them?

Yea, I've heard takes an average of 2-3 weeks + being active, than some people say it's still random, some say it's not, but wait it out

I wasn't active and got it in a week, or less. :o

You don't need to be active, Google gives invites out randomly.

yea took me about 2 weeks for both accounts

got mine in 2 weeks, maby sooner except i never checked it but every two weeks

I just got 1 more today on my other account yet the active account didn't get any..
