With the new ad push for the new Micro$oft Xbox Live, I thought this domain would be a natural... then I heard about M$ and Mike Rowe duking it out over his domain. I've had an offer...wondering what to do.

If you were the buyer, what would you pay?

In light of the mike rowe fiasco, I think MS will be toning down their aggressive anti-cybersquatting drive for a while. If you develop this name into a fan site, you may be able to demostrate fair use.

But I'm no lawyer, so it may be best if you seek legal opinion as appropriate.

As for as price, perhaps a new XBox console would be sufficient for your trouble? :p

Nice name, I was after it for a short period of time. I wouldnt worry about TM, I own an XBox related name and havnt had any problems, YET

I think the domain has great potential and if you put the domain to good use a good forum and if their isnt any material that gives microsoft a bad name am sure the domain will be alright good luck

Fansites don't really generate TM issues.

To my knowledge it still depends on the TM and the content on the website... Somebody correct me if I'm wrong!

Who knows these days? I remember a few years back a crackdown on fansites of a certain family of yellow cartoon characters by a company named after an animal that is often thought to be sly.

You never know.
