1) Does the script violate YouTube's TOS?

2)What are the chances that some or all of the site will stop working in the future if YouTube changes their site?

Hi,

1. No violation of TOS.
2. I am confident that it will work for a long time. because in the first place Youtube allows embedding of videos which means they want us to show their videos. If there would be any changes in their code I can rewrite the script anyway. as i am the principal author.

mind you YouTube hasn't really taken any action on these types of scripts and most likely never will ... but it is against their TOS
