If you have a small forum with active members, posts, etc, I'll consider buying it. Here is what I am looking for:

1. Let me know if paid posting services were used, and if so, how recent.
2. Should have decent number of members and posts/threads, etc.
3. Should have daily activity.
4. The older the better. Doesn't have to be a huge community, just active. Nothing dead or dying please.
5. Looking for anything gaming, entertainment, tv/movies, general, tech, etc. I might consider other types too. Just PM me and we'll see.

Please PM urls, stats, etc. I'm more interested in activity than revenue, but if it has revenue please let me know that as well.

Please also include an asking price! I am not looking to spend much but it will all depend on your community stats.

Additionally, software licenses (i.e. ibproboard, vbulletin licenses, etc) do NOT need to be included.
