I'm sorry, I gotta rant a little...
eBizEast.com - eBizWest.com - eBizNorth.com - eBizSouth.com
VisionFix.com
SellingGolf.com - SellingPCs.com
CallingAllGardeners.com
When appraising a domain name, there are several things to consider, not the least of which is marketability. Unfortunately, I don't think any of these domains pass that test.
Forget about the ebizxxxx ones - those are a lost cause.
One mistake a huge number of speculators make is that just because two (or more) perfectly good words are available together, they must be worth something. If that alone was true, there would be another gold rush for domains. Of course, it is not true, which is why there are so many combinations still available. Let's take visionfix.com. Two perfectly good words, which alone would be quite valuable as domains, but together are quite meaningless. Now I understand that one can read a meaning into this, but that does not make it logical or marketable. As a matter of policy, everyone would do well to follow this rule of thumb for multi-word domains: if it is not a common phrasing and you do not have a brilliant use in mind for it, skip it.
Next... If I wanted to develop a sales site, I would not choose sellinggolf.com or sellingpcs.com, and neither will any end user. Why? Because when people are in the market for something, they do not go to sites named "selling(stuff).com". They are not in that frame of mind. They want to buy something! When you want to buy a dvd, do you go to your browser and type in "sellingdvds.com"? Of course not! It's just not appropriate. I have never seen a site with a name like that worth anything. It's because they just don't work.
You must must must break out of this speculator tunnel vision and look at domains logically. If it doesn't make sense, it will not sell. The obvious exception to that rule is if you have a great use for the name and are willing to invest the massive time, energy and money required to bring it to the public's attention (the "google" effect). Short of that, don't waste your time and money on fixer-uppers. You will not win.
The only possible winner I see here is callingallgardeners.com. The domain itself does not have any inherent value, but it is the only one of the bunch that I feel is worth development. If you could manage to turn it into a compelling web site and build the traffic, you may be able to develop a site worth selling for a profit. In other words if you could deliver your buyer a web site with an active membership of gardeners, that has value. The domain itself would just go along for the ride, but at least it would not have a negative "draining" effect on the site itself, as all of the other domains would.
I hope this is helpful. I have said this many times, but I'll repeat it here for your benefit: consider yourself lucky to learn this lesson in the days of $7-$10 domain registrations. Many of us were not so fortunate.
Good luck!
