I did run a few. I did not use a plugin, I used a theme called 'Nominate,' which had all the familiar voting features.

You can also go to ThemeForest and search the WordPress files for 'review' and 'voting' and find a couple good options.

Sorry I can't offer a plugin. I looked and tried, they were all a little tricky and in the end I went with a theme that just had the feature built-in.
