Wordpress and AdSense help

Ok I just started a blog at www.wordpress.COM not .org and it is hosted there I was wondering if there is a way to add adsense to my blog Over-Exposed and if I can how do I add it?

Modify the files from the theme you are using under /wp-content/themes/{theme used}

These are the common files to modify if you want to add adsense.

- header.php
- sidebar.php
- index.php
- single.php

Or you could downoad a plugin for adsense it would be much easier to change ads frequently.
